Customer Support and Sales Executive

sharingXchange offers an encompassing Property Management Listing Service that focuses on the difficult tasks of managing, marketing and distributing rental property listings. Our high-touch solution brings property owners more bookings, and thus more earnings from their rentals. We ease the stresses of property management while generating more income for hosts.

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who wish to join our growing Customer Support Team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer booking requests and inquires
- Providing host support & regularly scheduled follow-ups
- Uploading host property info onto multiple online platforms
- Creating host database and organizing email campaigns
- Organizing & executing various forms of online research
- Target and contact hosts and property owners interested in renting their accommodations or boats/watercrafts
- Specific tasks and campaigns as assigned by our sales team.

Mandatory requirements:
- English and/ or Greek language - spoken and written.
- Work from home office with efficient Internet Connectivity and own a PC.
- Extensive USE OF INTERNET and Rental/Sharing sites knowledge a plus+
- Skype Account to connect to other sales team members and clients for support/training.
